No. Electronic invoices are issued, transmitted and received in XML format and will not feature a QR code or barcode.
No. A business in scope must appoint a single Accredited Service Provider for both sending (accounts receivable) and receiving (accounts payable) electronic invoices.
Exclusions include sovereign government activities not in competition with the private sector, certain airline passenger and cargo services, and VAT-exempt financial services, plus any others designated by the Minister.
